Dr. Scott Pitts, D.C. has been offering family chiropractic care to Decatur, AL and surrounding areas since 1986.
Dr. Scott, a Decatur native, graduated from Austin High School in 1980.
He attended Calhoun Community College prior to going to Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA where he graduated in 1985.
His practice began as a partnership with his father, Dr. Judson Pitts, who also practiced here in Decatur from 1956 until his retirement in 2006.
Dr. Scott, along with his father, has been very active in spreading the importance and cost effectiveness of chiropractic throughout the country for several years, hosting seminars for employers and insurance companies alike.
He has been involved with his local and state associations as well holding various positions. His peers elected Dr. Scott in 1993-1994 as “Young Chiropractor of the Year”.
